Product Introduction:
Laser marking can mark various texts, symbols, and patterns, with character sizes even reaching the micrometer level. The laser beam used for laser marking is generated by a laser, undergoes a series of optical conduction and processing, and finally focuses the beam through an optical lens. The focused high-energy beam is then deflected to a designated position on the surface of the object to be processed, forming permanent concave marks. Traditional 2D laser marking uses a back focusing method, which can generally only be used for flat marking within a specified range. The emergence of a new type of 3D laser marking machine has solved the inherent defect of 2D laser marking machines for a long time. The 3D laser marking machine adopts an advanced front focusing method and has an additional dynamic focusing seat. This adopts the principle of optical principles, similar to the working principle of candle imaging. Through software control and movement of the dynamic focusing mirror, variable beam expansion is carried out before the laser is focused, thereby changing the focal length of the laser beam to achieve accurate surface focusing processing of objects of different heights
Adopting the third-generation fiber laser and equipped with a high-speed galvanometer scanning system, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is higher, the beam quality is better, the marking is more precise, the lifespan is longer, and the power consumption is lower. Modular design, smaller size, the whole machine is only the size of a computer case, easy to carry and install. No cold water device, no maintenance, no consumables, suitable for marking in fields with higher requirements for depth, smoothness, and precision.
